AngloThai, located on Seymour Place in Marylebone, is the debut restaurant from the husband-and-wife team John and Desiree Chantarasak. The elegant space features Thai-American design elements—natural wood, hand-crafted ceramics, and murano glass lighting—creating a warm, modern dining atmosphere. The kitchen uses traditional Thai techniques like wok-hei, charcoal grilling, and house-made pastes, but sources meats, seafood, grains, and even rice from UK producers, including ingredients from Desiree’s family farm. With tasting menus at lunchtime and dinner, it offers a clear, unified concept: Thai flavour built around British ingredients.
