Basque dining at it’s finest. Opening in 2015 Baratxuri Ramsbottom was one of the first authentic Basque pintxo bars and Asadors in the UK, specialising in the dark art of fire cookery.

Whole fish and big cuts of meat roasted and grilled over the embers in our Pereruela wood-fired oven as well as a mouthwatering selection of classic pintxos. Simply choose the pintxos you’d like off the bar, collect the sticks in your tab glass and we’ll count up your sticks when you're done! Topa!
