Chishuru serves a set-menu only format: lunch (£35) and dinner (£65).
The menu draws on Igbo, Hausa, and Yoruba culinary traditions with dishes like sinasir rice cake with white & brown crab,
spiced cod fillet, roasted guinea fowl with uziza sauce, cassava fritter, and a standout dessert such as rice ice-cream with baobab cream.
