Designed around the communal ritual of cooking at your own table, guests pick from nine richly spiced broths—
ranging from Sichuan Clear Oil to Tomato Oxtail—and a vast selection of meats, seafood, vegetables, noodles, and tofu.
Each table has its own boiling pot, and DIY dipping sauces let diners craft personalized flavours while sharing a lively, interactive meal.
