Reopened in May 2024 under its historic name, The Pig’s Ear is the Gladwin brothers’ first proper pub, merging pub warmth with elevated seasonal dining.
The space features a relaxed bar area and a refined dining room upstairs, styled with wooden paneling, stained glass, and soft lighting.
Their food philosophy—“Local & Wild”—emphasizes wild, foraged, and locally raised produce, including meat from their West Sussex farm and their own wine vineyard.
Alongside British roasts and lunch deals, the pub pours real ale, house cocktails, and offers a curated wine list.
There’s also a dedicated dining room and event space called the “Blue Room.”
