The Best Crazy Golf in Birmingham

Located inside the bustling Bullring Shopping Centre on Level 2 you will find Treetop Adventure Golf. Here you will trek wonderous terrain in their two indoor 18-hole mini golf courses- dodging ancient spirits and discovering lively locals along the way. The whole theme of their venue is an ancient jungle with trees, spirits and statues. Upon arrival there was no wait, we were given our clubs and score cards and off we went! The atmosphere was extraordinary, the theme was very genuine and put us in the feel of being inside an Amazon forest. We really enjoyed the games as the route was long filled with many special effects and animation. We played 36 holes along with a special lucky ball at the end where you have a chance to win free tickets for another round! After completion we headed to the bar and treated ourselves to some non-alcoholic mojitos (Virgin and Strawberry) to cool us down. Highly recommended!

Located in the up and coming Digbeth area of Birmingham, Golf Fang is a huge venue with golf courses built into weird and wonderful designs such as buses, shop fronts, film studios and pubs. The list is endless however the fun isn’t! Walking in you would feel you are inside a cathedral of graffiti, every weird and wonderful design sprayed out in the surroundings to give you a proper urban feel. With 18 holes of pure entertainment surrounded by bespoke art, DJ’s, drinks and snacks, this is something you cannot afford to miss out on. The DJ spun world class scratch whilst we prepped up ourselves to some fun golf games. They have a digital scorecard which was great to keep up with all the wins and all the courses were unique and fun. The staff were pleasant and offered to bring our drinks to us during our games. In the end, we chilled out and enjoyed some Chilli Cheese Fries and Oreo Waffles with Ice cream from their food menu. Be aware no under 18s are allowed.

Situated inside the Broadway Plaza entertainment complex in Ladywood, you will find Mr Mulligans. With three epic golf courses plus a fantastic restaurant whether you’re a big kid or small there really is something for everyone! Upon arrival we parked in the secure car park which is underground and made our way up the venue. The staff were welcoming and took their time to explain how everything works before we were left to enjoy ourselves. We did all three courses (12,24 & 36)  which included a ‘Mars’ theme which will take you out of this world. Literally. The atmosphere was vibrant and quirky. The venue is spaced out generously so there is plenty of room to have fun. They also provide lockers on site to keep your belongings safe during the course of play (£1 which is refunded). After the course were completed, we tried some margherita pizzas and chips along with some cold beverages. You can claim 3 hour of free parking before leaving too!

Located on the very popular Star City Entertainment Complex in Nechells, you will find Jungle Rumble. A thrilling two 18-hole course themed around a forgotten tropical paradise and a mysterious Mayan jungle. Jungle Rumble is a nationwide favourite for golf, and has literally just opened up its doors to the people of Birmingham in October. The staff were well organised and guided us through everything we needed to know. During our visit, we encountered towering waterfalls, cascading rivers and ancient ruins along the way which made it the whole experience a thrill! The course took us around 1.5 hours which flew by as we were having such a blast. They have a snack bar on site so don’t worry if you forgotten your lunch box at home.

Inside of the stunning grounds of Cannon Hill Park in Edgbaston will you find Golden Putter Mini Golf. A place that is ideal for a fun day out with family and friends. We went for the 18 holes game and it was probably the most interesting course of crazy gold we have played! The route had a lot of hilly and flat surfaces which made it challenging but also exciting at the same time. The added water features made it very picturesque so don’t forget to get your selfie snaps! The golf is suitable for all ages be it toddlers or elderly too. The staff were very friendly and accommodating ensuring our visit was top class. Be prepared to fish out your golf balls if you drop them into the water though! After the games finished, we headed out of the course and down the pathway to Mr Verrecchia Ice Cream truck and treated ourselves to some creamy Ice Cream with flakes.
